Refund Policy

    • Course Cancellation by Lawgystix: If Lawgystix cancels a course before you have had access, you will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Access Issues: If you are unable to access a course due to technical issues on Lawgystix’s side, you may be eligible for a refund or an alternative solution.
    • Request for Refund: Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after 7 days will not be processed.
  1. Non-refundable Circumstances Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
    • You have already accessed or downloaded the course content.
    • You have participated in the course and completed any related assessments or activities.
    • Your refund request is made after the 7-day period.
  1. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact Lawgystix via the support email or contact form provided on the website. Include your order number, account details, and a description of the issue.

Upon approval of your refund request, Lawgystix will process the refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 10-14 business days to credit in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchange or Credit If you are not satisfied with the course you purchased, you may be offered an exchange or credit towards another course, subject to approval. This is at the discretion of Lawgystix.

5. Course Modifications and Changes Lawgystix reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course at any time. In case of significant changes that impact the course’s value, users will be notified, and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
